Getting to the origin

Origin Health Homeopathy was founded by Dr Deborah van Wyngaard (MTech.Hom). Deborah believes in getting to the origin of a medical condition and treating the cause, rather than only the symptoms, naturally.

Why Homeopathy

There is more than one way to treat illness. You deserve to know your options. I believe that everybody deserves a medical professional who will invest in them the same attention that they would invest in their own family. It is my duty to help you find the root cause of your current medical condition and to give you the tools to treat it.

Are Remedies Safe to Use

Gentle, but not without care

Homeopathic remedies contain minute amounts of medicinal substance rather than crude amounts, so they are safe to use and won't cause the side effects chemical drugs would. But safe doesn't mean ineffective — used incorrectly, too often, or without sufficient knowledge of the practise, they may aggravate your condition. Herbal substances and supplements should be used under the direction of a registered homeopath to avoid interactions with any chemical medications you may be on.

Homeopathic remedies meet the body where it's at — they help calm you, give you strength to face your pain and protect the physical body against illness that may arise when deep-seated emotions are not dealt with.

I have a heart for treating anxiety and depression, women's health and children's learning difficulties. My love for holding safe space for you to express yourself freely and discover what you need is what led me to further my studies in psychology (Hon.Psych Unisa).
